Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping: 

OH Vault company is fully managed by the OH Company brand and is fully represented by their company

Prior to shipment, OH Company reserves the right to amend prices on the website for the products you purchased. To request a modification or cancellation to your order, please email: customersupport@ohgarments.com as soon as possible. Please note you must reach out for change or cancellation within 24 hours. Once an order is placed, OH Company is not responsible for ensuring that it can be modified or canceled prior to shipment.

The orders are usually dispatched in 2-7 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks (3 weeks if it is during a sale). All packages are shipped from our partnered fulfillment center China Post/DHL the package should arrive within 5-15 days for Americas, and other country shipping times vary from 7-21 days. Please allow for 30 days for the item to arrive after being shipped.

You understand once a package is shipped the sale is final and we no longer assume responsibility of losses or damages. Any lost or damaged packages must be taken up with China Post; we can provide the contact information and tracking. If the package requires pick-up it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve it. If the package address was filled out incorrectly the buyer is responsible for any losses that may occur. In the instance, a package is sent back to us the customer has the option to have it re-shipped at their expense. If an address is one that we are unable to ship to we will contact the customer and they have 7 days to provide a new one or a refund will be issued. 

 

Returns:

If an order needs to be canceled or changed please contact us within 12 hours, but during sales, cancellations may not be possible. If the change is associated with changes in sizing and color we may or may not be able to grant that request. After 12 hours all sales are final. We do not do size exchanges, please look at our size chart carefully and contact us for a size recommendation. 

We will only accept a refund if the item was damaged prior to shipping. Please do not attempt to abuse this policy and purposely damage the item; we have an accurate quality control team and there are areas that are inspected prior to shipping. If we determine that the damage was inflicted by the customer we will not allow for a refund. On the rare occasion that the item is damaged please keep the tags on within its original bag to prove it was not worn and then contact us. This must be done within 7 days or you may not be eligible for a refund.
